The website is showing as SSL (https://) what is this ?

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.

To be able to create an SSL connection a web server requires an SSL Certificate. When you choose to activate SSL on your web server you will be prompted to complete a number of questions about the identity of your website and your company. Your web server then creates two cryptographic keys - a Private Key and a Public Key.

Even though we do not sell product directly (e-commerce website) we like to think that visitors have a piece of mind they are secure on our website.

Are there any hidden charges ?

We do not hide any charges, we inform the customer of what they are expected to pay for before we start any work. Depending on what the customer needs are depends on when payment is expected, if customers what hardware then the customer will be expected to pay up front before purchase so then if a customer changes their mind then we are not out of pocket and holding items we will not use.

If a customer has equipment which they no longer need, we can try to sell it or return it for them, but a charge will be made.

How do we know your work is up to standard ?

Since we have been in the IT industry for over 20years, we can give customer details so they can vouch for us and our services. People only have to look at our testimonials to see what customers think about us.

How do customers contact you ?

Customers can contact us via the phone number on the contact page (or contact form) and Support Customers are given a mobile number so we can be contacted direct, if a customer has 24/7 support then we can also be contacted out of office hours (0800hrs - 1800hrs) for no extra fee as it is covered in the support they pay for.

We offer a wide range of support options, from running and updating websites on a daily/weekly or monthly basis to making sure the equipment we install is working how it should. We can bespoke our support to meet customer needs so can vary in price.

What guarantee do customers have ?

Customers have the guarantee from products we install and also since we have been in the IT industry for over 20years we are not a flyby night company. We retired but then started the business again after a number of previous customers contacted us about how unhappy they where with their service providers.

How do you operate the business ?

The business is operated through the internet (E-Business) and word of mouth, this allows us to keep the price of out services low as there are no outgoings and no office to pay rent to pay.
