GDPR Information (Data Protection Act 2018)
The 2018 Data Protection Act was updated following a new European Regula on, the General Data Protec on Regula on (GDPR). Because GDPR is a regula on it is automa cally applied in all EU member States. The Law reinforces common sense rules regarding informa on handling which most organisa ons try to follow. It is there to ensure we manage PERSONAL INFORMATION in a sensible way and treat their information with respect.
Personal Data
ANY Information about a living individual who can be identfied from the data we store, this includes:-
Information where an individual is identfied by default - e.g. where there is a female working and there is only 1 female working in that company. It DOES NOT include any information which is held in the public domain such as websites, business locations etc.
Personal Data would include items such as name, address, email, date of birth, personal telephone numbers.

What information do we hold?
We collect information about you and your club. We only collect information which is necessary, relevant and adequate for the purpose you are providing it for. We use information held about you to provide you with information, products and/or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you if relevant to the products or services currently being supplied as part of a contract with Veterans Breakfast Clubs CIC, or concerning a previous contract with Veterans Breakfast Clubs CIC whereby you are happy to continue to receive such information.
